Though, from everyone I’ve talked to today, it has been a wonderful Christmas, a damper has been placed upon this holiday.

Sadly, the wonderful James Brown has passed away today from heart failure.

It is truly sad to see him go, but, to make a cliche statement since I’m at a loss for better words at the moment, his legacy will continue on for many years to come.

So raise a cup of eggnog to James, put on The Christmas Collection: James Brown, and have a peaceful Christmas evening.

  1. James Brown actually did a song called “Christmas in Heaven.” Weird, isn’t it? Almost as if he knew…

  2. The saddest part of the James Brown funeral is they let Michael Jackson speak at it. That is a travesty!

  3. Oh wow, that……..that’s just not right.
